Getting Started
Do I need to create an account?
No! eTrackly works without requiring any account or sign-up. Just download the app and start tracking your finances immediately. There is no email, no password, and no profile to manage.
Is eTrackly free?
eTrackly offers a Free plan that includes 1 wallet, 100 transactions/month, 1 budget, and 1 goal. For power users, we offer Pro ($1.99/month or $19.99/year) with 3 wallets, unlimited transactions, budgets, goals, CSV/PDF export, and cloud backup. Premium ($3.99/month or $39.99/year) adds unlimited wallets, recurring transactions, transaction map, and advanced statistics.
Which devices does eTrackly support?
eTrackly is available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store, and for Android phones and tablets on Google Play. Your data lives on whichever device you install it on.
How do I start tracking my expenses?
Open the app, create a wallet (such as Cash or your bank account), and add your first transaction. From there you can set up budgets by category and savings goals. Most people are fully set up in under five minutes.
Privacy & Security
Where is my data stored?
All your financial data is stored locally on your device. We never upload your data to any servers, which means your sensitive financial information stays completely private and under your control.
Is my data secure?
Yes! Beyond local storage, eTrackly offers Face ID/Touch ID protection and optional PIN code security. Your data is encrypted by your device's built-in security.
Does eTrackly track me or show ads?
No. eTrackly has no advertising, no third-party trackers, and no analytics inside the app. We do not build a profile of you, and there is nothing to sell because your data never leaves your device.
Do you connect to my bank?
No, and that is by design. eTrackly never asks for bank logins or read access to your accounts. You enter transactions yourself (or import them), so there is no risky bank connection and nothing for a third party to leak.

Can I use eTrackly offline?
Absolutely! Since all data is stored locally on your device, eTrackly works perfectly without an internet connection. Track expenses anywhere, anytime, even in airplane mode.
What languages does eTrackly support?
eTrackly supports 5 languages: English, French, Arabic (with full RTL support), Spanish, and Italian. The app automatically uses your device language.
Can I track multiple currencies?
Yes! eTrackly supports all major world currencies and also allows you to create custom currencies. Perfect for travelers or anyone managing international finances.
Can I manage more than one wallet?
Yes. Create separate wallets for cash, bank accounts, savings, or business funds, and transfer between them. The Free plan includes 1 wallet, Pro includes 3, and Premium is unlimited.
Does eTrackly handle recurring transactions?
Yes, on the Premium plan. Automate regular expenses like rent, subscriptions, and salaries so they are logged on schedule and you never forget a payment.
Can I set budgets and savings goals?
Yes. Create monthly budgets per category and get alerts as you approach a limit, and set savings goals to track progress toward a target. The app shows real-time progress for both.
Data & Backup
How do I backup my data?
eTrackly includes a complete backup and restore feature. You can export your data as a backup file and restore it whenever needed. You can also export your transactions as CSV or PDF for external use.
Can I move my data to a new phone?
Yes. Create a backup file on your old device and restore it on the new one. On paid plans, optional cloud backup makes moving between devices even easier while keeping you in control.
Can I export my transactions?
Yes. Pro and Premium plans let you export to CSV (for spreadsheets) and PDF (for sharing or records) at any time. Your data is never locked in.
What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
Because data is stored on your device, uninstalling removes it. Always create a backup file first if you plan to reinstall or switch phones.
Pricing & Plans
What is the difference between Pro and Premium?
Pro ($1.99/month) covers most people: 3 wallets, unlimited transactions, budgets and goals, CSV/PDF export, and cloud backup. Premium ($3.99/month) adds unlimited wallets, recurring transactions, a transaction map, advanced statistics, and a weekly summary.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account and can be cancelled at any time. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Annual billing saves about 17% versus monthly: Pro is $19.99/year and Premium is $39.99/year.
Will my data be deleted if I downgrade to Free?
No. Your data stays on your device. If you exceed Free plan limits after downgrading, you simply cannot add new items beyond those limits until you upgrade again, but nothing is deleted.
