Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

eTrackly offers the following subscription options: • Pro Monthly: $1.99/month - Unlimited wallets, budgets, goals, CSV export, cloud backup • Pro Yearly: $19.99/year - Same as Pro Monthly (save 17%) • Premium Monthly: $3.99/month - Everything in Pro + premium themes, widgets, advanced reports, priority support • Premium Yearly: $39.99/year - Same as Premium Monthly (save 17%) Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid subscription period • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods • Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription

Payment Information

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • Subscriptions may be managed and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings after purchase
  • Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon subscription purchase

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using eTrackly ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

eTrackly is a personal finance management application that allows you to: • Track income and expenses • Manage multiple wallets • Create and monitor budgets • Set savings goals • Organize transactions with categories • Export financial reports

3. User Responsibilities

By using eTrackly, you agree to: • Use the App for lawful purposes only • Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App • Not use the App to store illegal or harmful content • Take responsibility for backing up your own data

4. Data and Privacy

• All your data is stored locally on your device • We do not have access to your financial information • You are responsible for the security of your device • Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that: • The App will meet your specific requirements • The App will be uninterrupted or error-free • The results obtained from using the App will be accurate

6. Limitation of Liability

eTrackly is a tool to help you track your finances. We are not responsible for: • Any financial decisions you make based on App data • Loss of data due to device failure or user error • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Financial Advice Disclaimer

eTrackly is not a financial advisor. The App is intended for informational and organizational purposes only. For financial advice, please consult a qualified professional.

8. Intellectual Property

The eTrackly name, logo, and all related content are the property of Mustapha BOUKALI. You may not use our intellectual property without written permission.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the App for users who violate these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in accordance with the applicable jurisdiction.
